A product doesn’t fit right or you don’t like it and would like to return it now? No problem, you have 14 days after submitting the order to return the product.

Please note that products you wish to return must be sent back to us in faultless condition and without signs of use. Please do not remove any labels, otherwise we are unable to accept the returned products.

NOTE: DIRTY, WORN OR WASHED CLOTHING AS WELL AS ITEMS WITHOUT TAGS CANNOT BE REFUNDED.

The return shipment costs are determined by our shipping partners and vary depending on the location. The return shipment costs are deducted from the order value when processing your return, and the remaining amount is refunded.

Refunds

• Please note that it can take up to 6 business days until your refund appears in your account after processing.
• Please note that returns from abroad can only be dropped off at official DHL Express locations.
